Female 12 week Fat Shredder workout
This workout plan is designed to help you shed fat and get in shape, in only 12 weeks. The goal is simple: lose fat, maintain muscle mass, get in shape and transform your physique as much as possible over the next 3 months. Let's begin!
The workout plan is split into 3 phases each lasting 4 weeks, each phase building on the previous, you need to commit to 3 workouts per week in a gym in order to complete.
Please note- you should be following a suitable nutrition plan along side to assist results.
