💗 About the Space
Is it really women-only?
Yes — completely. Her Fitness Hideaway is a private female-only gym based In Huddersfield. No mixed environment, no feeling watched, no intimidation. Just a supportive space where women can train comfortably.
What is the gym like?
It’s a small, private studio gym — not a big commercial gym. That means it’s quieter, more personal, and you won’t feel lost or overwhelmed. It’s designed to feel welcoming, not intimidating.
What equipment do you have?
We focus mainly on strength training equipment to help women tone, build strength and feel confident.
We have:
• Dumbbells
• Barbells & weight plates
• Squat rack
• Benches
• Cable machine
• Resistance machines
• Glute-focused equipment
• Cardio machines
We don’t currently have a StairMaster, but it’s something we’re hoping to add in the future.
Are there showers or spa facilities?
No — we are a gym-only facility. We don’t have spa areas, saunas or luxury changing facilities. The focus here is training in a comfortable, supportive space.
Is there parking?
Yes — free parking is available on-site and on the road outside, so access is easy and convenient.

I’ve never been to a gym before…
That’s completely fine. Many women here started as beginners. You’ll have an induction and guidance — you’re never expected to just “know what to do.”
What if I feel self-conscious?
That’s exactly why this space exists. It’s designed to feel safe, friendly and non-intimidating. Everyone is focused on themselves — not judging others.
💪 Personal Training
Do I need to be fit before starting PT?
No — that’s what personal training is for. We build from your starting point.
Is personal training included in membership?
No. Memberships include gym access only. Personal training, classes, coaching and nutrition support are separate services.

Are classes included in membership?
No — classes are booked separately. Membership covers gym access only.
Are classes big?
No, they are small group sessions so you still get guidance and support.
🧠 Online Habit Coaching
Are online programs included in membership?
No. These are separate digital programs focused on building healthy habits around nutrition, mindset and lifestyle.
🔒 Private Gym Hire
Can I hire the gym for private use?
Yes — the gym can be hired for complete privacy. This is perfect if you’d like to train with friends, do a photoshoot, create content, or simply have the space to yourself.
You get sole use of the entire gym during your booked time, so it’s a comfortable, distraction-free environment.
Private hire is booked separately from memberships, and safety guidelines apply.
📅 Membership Questions
What does membership include?
Gym access during your allocated times. It does not include personal training, classes, nutrition plans or coaching.
Is there a contract?
Some memberships have a minimum term to keep pricing affordable. Everything is explained clearly before joining.
👩👧 Minimum Age
Is there a minimum age to train?
Yes. The minimum age is 13 years old, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the gym.
Safety and supervision are important, and younger members must follow all gym rules and guidance.

Do I need to tell you about injuries or medical conditions?
Yes please. Always let me know beforehand and bring inhalers or medication if required.
