Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe (Perfect For Summer)

Looking for a refreshing summer snack that's simple to make and easy to keep in the freezer?
This Frozen Yogurt Bark recipe is one of my favourite warm-weather treats because it requires very little preparation, uses simple ingredients and can be customised with your favourite toppings.
It's perfect for keeping in the freezer when you fancy something sweet without having to spend lots of time in the kitchen.
Ingredients
720g full-fat Greek yogurt
80ml honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 strawberries, thinly sliced
90g granola
2 tbsp crushed pistachios
Method
Line a 25cm x 38cm baking tray with baking paper or foil.
In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the mixture onto the lined tray and spread evenly.
Sprinkle over the sliced strawberries, granola and crushed pistachios.
Freeze for approximately 3 hours.
Once frozen, break or cut into pieces and serve.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
