Hideaway Hikes Are Back 💗

Yesterday marked the return of our Hideaway Hikes — and I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along ✨

It was so lovely to get back outside together, move our bodies, clear our minds, and spend a few hours away from the pressure of everyday life.

And if you couldn’t make this one, don’t worry — I’d love to see even more of you join us on future hikes 🌿

A space to move without pressure

One of the most important things to me with Hideaway Hikes is that they never feel intimidating.

This isn’t about:

  • being the fastest

  • having the best fitness level

  • knowing everyone

  • or feeling like you have to “keep up”

It’s simply about getting outside, moving your body, and enjoying the fresh air in a supportive environment.

Whether you:

  • walk ahead at the front

  • take your time at the back

  • chat the whole way

  • or quietly listen to your AirPods and enjoy the scenery

…you are completely welcome 💗

There’s no pressure to perform, no expectations, and no judgement.

Just come as you are.

Monthly hikes at your own pace

Hideaway Hikes will now be running on the last Sunday of every month at 11am

Each hike gives us chance to:

  • spend more time outdoors

  • build confidence walking longer distances

  • improve fitness naturally

  • and take a break from constantly being indoors or on screens

You don’t need to be an experienced hiker to join us.

The hikes leading up to September will also help gradually prepare us for something exciting…

Pen-y-Ghent in September 👀

Weather depending, the goal is for us to hopefully tackle Pen-y-Ghent together in September ⛰️

The idea behind the monthly hikes is to slowly build up our confidence and get more comfortable spending a few hours outdoors before the colder, wetter weather returns later in the year.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about giving yourself the chance to try something new and feel good doing it.

Come along next time 💗

If you’ve been wanting to:

  • get outside more

  • meet supportive women

  • improve your fitness gently

  • clear your head

  • or simply do something for yourself

…Hideaway Hikes could be the perfect place to start ✨

Bring a friend if you’d like to.Come on your own if you prefer.

Either way, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are 🌿
