Cancellation Policy
Once you have selected your preferred date and time, your booking request will be reviewed. If your requested slot is available, you will be sent an invoice for payment. If the requested slot is unavailable, you will be offered the closest suitable alternative. Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Please note that sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session price.
